I admit this isn't what leavewizard is primarily about but room booking was added. more or less is this at any point on your roadmap (or would you add it if enough people voted?)

Sometimes it is usefull to have the option to print the leave chart.

For larger companies, it may be preferable to have this "in-house" and can then be delivered either by internal web, or more commonly recently SharePoint. Have you considered this avenue as i would think some companies of say 20k employees would like in house to prevent log-in... i.e uses the users system log-in to auto log-in the end user once the link is launched. Great little system.. i think we should catch up. Matt

Email employee once Line Manager has recorded sickness stating leave wizard has been updated and asking them to complete a return to work form on the day they return. If it not completed they are sent reminders and the form is stored against the recorded sickness.

Ability to print individual employee leave reports that are formatted for you, showing the employees used events/holiday etc and the remaining allocation that year.

We have several part-time workers, all with different working patterns. I can set up their regular hours, but it would be useful for planning if their non-working days (or half days) appeared on the monthly view as greyed out (as weekends do)

Allow companies to upload their logos to customise the site for their staff

I would like the system to integrate with Google Apps and also Google Calendar. We do not use Outlook.

We have some staff who work variable shifts each week. For each given 7 day period, the first two days they have off are their non-working days, any extra after that it counted as annual leave. It would be great to have a working pattern that could accomodate these staff members.

It would be useful to be able to see, within the approval screen, the number of days holiday entitlement remaining.

add extra address fields to the staff pages to allow complete staff data management, ie. home address, NI number, etc.

A guest account (e.g. for other departments) to view who is on leave would be great!
